CZARINA “CHARM” TACORDA SEVILLA, Founder and President of CTS Realty Marketing OPC, is a real estate consultant and broker since age 23.
She was one of the youngest in her batch. She took post graduate studies in real estate at Asian Institute of Management (AIM) after graduating in
Business Management in Miriam College. She was inspired to venture in real estate through the influence of her parents.
On year 1986, during her elementary years in Grade 4, our founding President, Czarina Alma Tacorda Sevilla, was exposed in real estate by her
real estate - marine lawyer and developer businessman father, Atty Rudegelio D. Tacorda, in joining property ocular trips and inspection.
Atty. Tacorda founded several realty companies focused on various property categories such as: raw land, townhouses, medium-rise buildings for
residential, office and commercial use developments.
Her late mother, Consolacion B. Tacorda, a former PLDT Finance Head Executive (Cash and Payroll Dept), was also a real estate broker not only an accountant. Charm’s work experience include horizontal, vertical projects and brokerage (raw land) through her collaborations, alliances and affiliations with various developers such as Ayala Land, Century Properties, Fil- Estate and including their own companies.
She was one of the top branch managers of Fil-Estate Network, Inc. Currently, she is one of the Board of Directors, together with her siblings, two (2) brothers, in their family owned realty companies, Centralhill Properties and Promised Land Inc, apart from being the President of CTS Realty Marketing.
